How to order, add to an order, and get your books delivered.
How do I place an order?
Register or sign in, add your child under Children, then open Shop and build the order for that child. Review the items and pay now, or choose to pay later.
Can I order for more than one child?
Yes — each order is for one child, so place a separate order per child. You'll see them all under My orders.
How do I add extra items or arrangements to an order?
While an order is still unpaid you can go back into it and add more items. Add everything you need before you pay.
I've already paid — can I still add to my order?
A paid order is locked. To add more, place a new order, or contact the school to arrange it.
How is my order delivered?
Orders are either couriered to your address or collected from the school. Set your address under Delivery address — once it's confirmed for the courier your order can be couriered; otherwise it's held for school collection.
How do I track my delivery?
Use Track & Trace (or open the order's details) to see the latest courier status here on our site.
